Bhumi Visatanda Indonesia and its third-party partners (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cService Provider\u201d) as a free service. This service is intended to be used \u201cAS IS.\u201d<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-item\">\n<div class=\"faq-question\">What information does the App collect and how is it used?<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-answer\">The App does not collect any information when you download and use it. Registration is not required to use the App.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-item\">\n<div class=\"faq-question\">Does the App collect real-time location information from your device?<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-answer\">The App does not collect specific location information from your mobile device.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-item\">\n<div class=\"faq-question\">Can third parties view and\/or access the information collected by the App?<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-answer\">Since the App does not collect any information, no data is shared with third parties.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-item\">\n<div class=\"faq-question\">What are my opt-out rights? <\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-answer\">You can stop all information collection by the App by uninstalling it. You can use the standard uninstallation process available on your mobile device or through the mobile app store or related network.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-item\">\n<div class=\"faq-question\">Children<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-answer\">This App is not used to intentionally request data from or market to children under the age of 13. <br \/>The Service Provider does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never send any personal information through the App and\/or Service. The Service Provider also encourages parents and guardians to monitor their children's Internet use and help enforce this Policy by instructing their children not to provide personal information through the App and\/or Service without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider through the Application and\/or Service, please contact the Service Provider (cs@tamanmini.com) so that appropriate action can be taken. You must also be at least 16 years old to consent to the processing of your personal information in your country (in some countries, we may allow your parent or guardian to consent on your behalf).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-item\">\n<div class=\"faq-question\">Security<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-answer\">The Service Provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. However, since the App does not collect any information, there is no risk of your data being accessed by unauthorized parties.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-item\">\n<div class=\"faq-question\">Changes<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-answer\">This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
